Eurecat is the coordinator of LIFE InBioSoil and leads the project’s scientific, technical, and management activities. Drawing on its expertise in environmental biotechnology and soil, air, and water research, Eurecat designs and validates the Advanced In Situ Bioremediation strategy that integrates low-pressure injection, mycoremediation, and predictive functional genomics. The centre is responsible for laboratory optimization, performance assessment, and environmental impact evaluation of the technology.

Eurecat also coordinates stakeholder engagement, communication, and exploitation of project results, ensuring scientific excellence, technical coherence, and alignment with EU soil and circular economy objectives.
